Kevin is a former tech leader turned career-success coach. Over his 20-year tech career, he worked for startups and a well-known national brand serving millions. Rising through the ranks to leadership roles like Director of Software Engineering and Director of Software Quality, he not only led teams but also coached managers to become stronger leaders. Supporting his team’s growth was the most fulfilling part of his corporate career. In 2022, he left the tech industry to focus on coaching. Now, he helps professionals break through career plateaus, rediscover their passion, and thrive in both work and life. 

Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He’s a Coaching Training Alliance Certified Coach (CTACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Outside of coaching, Kevin enjoys spending time with his husband, James, and their two rescue dogs, Sadie (who has three legs) and Bruiser (a blind Beagle). When he’s not traveling, gardening, or reading, he’s working on making better use of his Peloton subscription to get in shape.
