Colette Pellissier brings more than two decades of Fortune 100 senior leadership experience to her executive coaching, leadership development and organizational consulting engagements. With her background in large globally matrixed organizations, and experience in every functional discipline, she specializes in facilitating matters of personal, interpersonal and system-wide integration— where the greater good always resides, and the sum consistently outshines its parts.

Soft skills are the new hard skills. They inform leadership effectiveness and predict career success. Colette believes they also ask us to show up as ever-better versions of ourselves, in service to the vision of contribution that we each hold. She’s thrilled to be on the Catalyst Effect team because of the generative resources that enable development of these important capabilities in leaders at every level.

Colette holds a bachelor’s degree in Institutional Management from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica. She is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level, serves on the Indiana ICF Chapter Board of Directors, and holds numerous certifications.

In her free time, you’ll find Colette in her studio or garden engaged in some sort of creative alchemy, out enjoying her family & friends, or volunteering for heart-felt causes that make the world a brighter place.
