Her deep understanding of the fast-paced dynamics of Big Tech and global organizations, gained through leadership roles at industry giants like Cisco, VMware, Oracle, and Infor, equips her with unique insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders and high-achieving contributors in these environments, setting her apart as a strategic advisor.

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy is committed to philanthropy, actively contributing to her community through roles such as strategic consultant for the Indianapolis Children’s Choir, The Honor Foundation Coach, and Executive Leadership Chair for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign.

A proud Wisconsin native, Amy now resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Dean, and their four children. She holds a BA in Communications with a focus on International Business and Russian from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
