Alex Ojeda
Coach Consultant
Alex Ojeda works with high-performing individuals, mid-level managers, and senior leaders who are navigating complexity, building stronger teams, and learning to lead without the constant feeling that they are one bad quarter away from being found out.
Alex spent seven years at Apple training and coaching employees across North America in both English and Spanish, where he developed a sharp understanding of what motivates people, how adults learn, and what separates good teams from great ones. He was then recruited to Compass, a national real estate brokerage, where he grew a team from 4 to over 30 and led them through a startup to IPO transition.
He left the corporate world to build his own practice. Today, he is an ICF PCC and CPCC certified executive and leadership coach, a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, and an AI integration consultant focused on the human side. He works with leaders and teams at organizations including Apple, Google, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Reddit, and UC Berkeley. His approach blends the Co-Active Coaching Model and hands-on LSP facilitation to help people think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and act with greater intention.
Alex holds a BA in English from UC San Diego. He hikes, cycles, and lives in Los Angeles with his husband and cat.
